General Questions
Loomis ICO (Internet Change Order) is a tool used by commercial clients, who contract for the service, to order currency and coin for their business.

Visit the Loomis ICO website and enter your User ID and Password. Please note, new users must login within 30 days of their profile being setup.
Your company administrator/primary company contact would be someone from your company that is authorized to contact Johnson Financial Group about your Loomis ICO service.
If you forget your User ID, please ask your company administrator/primary company contact.
If you forget your password, select “Forgot Your Password” from the logon screen and follow the on-screen prompts. Please note, if you have three consecutive failed login attempts, your user ID will be locked out. Should this occur, the forgot password process will not work and you will need to contact Johnson Bank’s Treasury Management Support Team at 888.769.3796 (option 2).
You must log in once every 45 days to keep your ID active.
Passwords expire every 45 days. You will be alerted when your password is going to expire.
Passwords are a minimum of 13 characters, including at least one of each of the following: Upper-Case Letter, Lower-Case Letter, Number, and Special Character.
Select My Identity from the home page or, if you’re already in the ICO Application, select Edit My Identity from the left-hand menu. Click change your password. On the change your password screen, complete the page by entering your Old Password, and then typing, and re-typing, your new password.
My Profile is where you view and edit your profile information. You can edit your First or Last Name, Display Name, or Email Address. You will not be able to change your User ID from My Profile.
Currency Ordering
Your order will be delivered based on your agreement with your armored courier. Questions regarding delivery days should be directed to your armored courier contact.
A message will display on the screen alerting you to “Check your date again. The date you have chosen is not an available delivery day.”
Currency and coin orders are due based on your company’s agreed armored courier delivery date. Companies using Loomis as an armored courier generally find their currency and coin change orders are due by 10:00 AM CT, one business day before their delivery day. However, to confirm your cut off time as well as how many business days early (lead days) you need to order, this information is provided on the left-hand side of the Coin and Currency Order screen once a location has been selected.
Your limit was established by your company administrator/primary company contact. For questions regarding your company’s order limits, please ask your company administrator/primary company contact.
A message will display on the screen alerting you that “this order has exceeded the amount specified for this location.”
Yes, an order may be edited as many times as needed prior to the cutoff time for your company’s orders. Simply select “Edit Order” on the left-hand menu and choose the open order from the drop-down menu. To verify your company’s cutoff time and number of lead days, see the left-hand side of the Coin and Currency Order screen, once a location has been selected.
To cancel an order, before the cutoff time, go to Edit Order on the left-hand menu and choose the open order from the drop-down menu. To cancel the order, change all amounts to 0.00 and submit. If you are past the cutoff time, please call our Support Team at 888.769.3796 (option 2) and they can see if they can manually get the order cancelled. However, after the cutoff time, there is no guarantee the order can be cancelled.
Courier
That depends on your contract with your armored courier and the best suggestion is to refer to your contract for that information. Generally, if you contract with Loomis as your armored courier, they will only come to your location if you have an order to be delivered. For deposit/shipment pickup service, contact your Loomis Vault or refer to your armored courier agreement.

Administration
Your company administrator/primary company contact will need to request Johnson Financial Group to build a new user. That person will need to send an email to JFG Treasury Management Support with your company name followed by New Loomis ICO User Request (for example, XYZ Company, Inc – New Loomis ICO User Request). Inside the email, they should include the new user’s name, email address, and any locations to which that user should have access.
Your company administrator/primary company contact will need to request Johnson Financial Group to remove a user. That person will need to send an email to JFG Treasury Management Support with your company name followed by Inactivate Loomis ICO User Request (for example, XYZ Company, Inc – Inactivate Loomis ICO User Request). Inside the email, they should include the name of the user they’d like to remove.
Reporting
When selecting a date range, don’t use the “Equal To” options for the Begin Date or End Date. Instead use “Greater Than” for the Begin Date and select one day prior to the start of your date range search and use “Less Than” for the End Date and select one day after the end of your Date Range search.
Also, reports default to search by the day of the service. For example, if you place a Currency order on June 30 for a July 5 delivery date, the reports will default to show that order as July 5. If you want to search by order date, not service date, update the Run Report By option to Entered Date.
