Meet Stacie

As Chief of Staff at Johnson Financial Group, Stacie leads key corporate shared service functions, including Data & Analytics, Project Management Office, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Public Relations. In this capacity, she drives enterprise-wide strategies that enhance revenue growth, operational efficiency, and both customer and associate experiences. By building trusted partnerships across the organization, she fosters team cohesion, optimizes cross-functional collaboration, and ensures alignment of strategic initiatives with JFG’s long-term goals.

As member of the Senior Leadership Team, Stacie provides an objective viewpoint and ensures open communication across departments, maintaining a pulse on company priorities while directing focus to initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.

Professional Qualifications

• Over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic execution and operational oversight 
• Expertise in strategic planning, operational optimization, project management, customer experience and change management. 
• Bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee– Milwaukee
• Proven track record in leading corporate shared services and driving organizational transformation and growth initiatives
