As a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Connor plays a vital role in supporting the Milwaukee Commercial Real Estate team. He specializes in conducting thorough analysis and underwriting for both new and existing commercial real estate developments and sponsors. Connor also takes charge of several important projects, such as conducting annual reviews for loans, compiling the Portfolio Management Action Committee (PMAC) for stressed loans, performing property site inspections and overseeing the ordering and reviewing of CRE appraisals and environmental reports. He adopts an interpersonal approach, taking the time to truly understand clients on a deeper level to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
